PostFlow (“PostFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the PostFlow application and website available at https://postflow.social.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use PostFlow, including when you connect your Facebook Page or other Meta assets to publish content on your behalf.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Name and email address
  • Account identifiers required for authentication
  • Facebook Page IDs and Page names you choose to connect
  • Content you create or publish through PostFlow

Information from Meta (Facebook)

When you log in with Facebook or connect a Page, we may receive:

  • Public profile information
  • A list of Facebook Pages you manage
  • Page access tokens (used only to perform actions you authorize)

We do not receive your Facebook password.

Device and Usage Information

  • Device type, operating system, and browser information
  • IP address
  • Log data such as timestamps and actions taken in the App

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Authenticate you and manage your PostFlow account
  • Allow you to connect and manage your Facebook Pages
  • Publish content to your connected Pages only when you explicitly request it
  • Improve app performance and user experience
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

PostFlow never posts automatically and never publishes content without explicit user action.

3. Facebook Pages & Posting on Your Behalf

When you connect a Facebook Page:

  • You explicitly grant PostFlow permission to publish content to that Page
  • You retain full ownership and control of your Page
  • You may disconnect the Page at any time

PostFlow uses Meta APIs strictly in accordance with Meta Platform Policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information only:

  • With Meta (Facebook) as required to perform authorized actions
  • With trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements
  • When required by law or legal process

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Secure storage of access tokens
  • Encrypted communications
  • Restricted internal access

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
