Welcome to PostFlow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PostFlow application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), available at https://postflow.social.

By accessing or using PostFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use PostFlow.

2. Description of the Service

PostFlow is a content management platform that allows users (including influencers and businesses) to connect and manage their social media Pages, including Facebook Pages, and publish content only when explicitly authorized by the user.

PostFlow does not post automatically, schedule content without consent, or take control of any Page without explicit user action.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you must authenticate using Facebook Login or other supported authentication methods.

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Facebook Pages & Third-Party Platforms

  • You confirm that you are authorized to manage the Page
  • You grant PostFlow permission to publish content only upon your request
  • You may disconnect the Page at any time

PostFlow uses Meta APIs in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and Policies.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities
  • Post content that violates applicable laws or platform policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Misrepresent your identity or authority over a Page

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the PostFlow Service (excluding user content) are owned by PostFlow or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you publish through the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using PostFlow at any time.

  • You violate these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Continued operation would pose risk to users or the platform

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Data Deletion Instructions

PostFlow respects your right to control your data. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to info@postflow.social
  2. Use the subject line: “PostFlow Data Deletion Request”
  3. Include:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your PostFlow account
    • (Optional) The Facebook Page(s) you connected

What Happens Next

  • We verify your identity
  • We delete your personal data from our systems
  • We revoke and remove stored access tokens

Deletion is completed within 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Facebook Data

Data obtained from Meta (Facebook) is handled in accordance with Meta Platform Policies.

Once your data is deleted:

  • PostFlow will no longer be able to post to your Pages
  • Your account access will be permanently removed
